❌ No Returns or Refunds

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances, including:

Change of mind

Incorrect product ordered by customer

Product not meeting personal expectations

Shipping delays caused by third-party logistics

 

📦 Damaged or Wrong Product?

While we do not accept returns, if you receive a product that is:

Physically damaged during transit, or

Incorrect item delivered

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof via WhatsApp or email. We will review the case and provide a replacement if eligible.
